Live Healthy Jumpstart

Healthy living is a journey – and we are with you every step of the way.   


Get Going at Our Jumpstart

Join the Live Healthy. Be Healthy. team for our three-day jumpstart sessions. Each day we work together to learn, participate and plan your healthy lifestyle. 


Day 1: Our jumpstart begins mid-morning with a healthy brunch where you’ll get to know our team and fellow participants. You’ll learn about the pillars of healthy living and what you can expect over the next three days. During the afternoon, our health coach Lisa will conduct your one-to-one health assessment and we’ll begin building your healthy living plan. You’ll have a nutritious dinner, followed by sleep-promoting homework to help you get a good night's rest. 


Day 2: We’ll start early with an energizing walk (for early birds) and a delicious breakfast featuring food combinations that promote optimal nutrition. The day includes a variety of health-promoting activities and workshops. You also can have a relaxing massage session on-site. After we can go over any questions and continue to fellowship before enjoying a healthy dinner. Finishing off our great and successful day, we'll send you home to get a good night of sleep.


Day 3: We’ll make the most of our final day with an early morning walk followed by breakfast. We’ll discuss your individual health plan and offer additional workshops where you’ll learn more skills to prepare you for your healthy-living journey. You’ll head home with customized goals, just for you.

 

The Next 90 Days. You and health coach Lisa will meet once a week to continue your progress toward a healthier life. The Live Healthy. Be Healthy. team will be there to support you every step of the way via in person, email, phone, text or video chat. As we reach the end of your 90-day jumpstart, we’ll discuss additional plans based on what you’ve achieved and where you want to go next.
