At Live Healthy. Be Healthy., our philosophy is centered around personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. We believe in taking a holistic approach to healthcare that considers the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of our patients.
Lisa is the executive officer, company founder and creator behind Live Healthy, Be Healthy. LLC and Fresh Feet Foot Care LLC. She is a certified foot care nurse, foot care specialist and wound care nurse. Lisa also is our primary Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner with our Healthy Lifestyle Design. She has her BSN-RN, CFCN. That may be a mouthful, but we are HONORED to work alongside someone with such wonderful experience. Lisa is humble, kind and has a passion for helping people live healthy, simply!
Sonia is our Office Manager. She is the head lady in charge of providing both office and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Sonia maintains physical and digital filing systems, answers phone calls, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists our amazing clients! She also inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets as well as does our finance filing and bookkeeping. She helps with ordering and works closely with Lisa as well as supports all of our Live Healthy. Be Healthy. family. Fun fact, Sonia is bi-lingual and does our translating, helping us to be a part of a welcoming community!
Gina is our licensed in-house Massage Therapist. She has been working with massage for 13 years and specializes in a variety of techniques in blended and integrative massage. Gina is dedicated to providing a personalized care to clients. Her desire is to create a warm, rejuvenating experience that can address specific concerns for the muscles and body while promoting relaxation and healing.
Edna is our resident artist. Edna is part of the Metropolitan Art Council of Greenville, SC. She works with you to put your emotions on canvas, giving you full creativity and expression! Her work comes from her heart after she prays before painting and includes messages of hope under the first layer. Intuitive Art helps to support mental health and Edna creates a space that is warm, welcoming and open to explore emotions, understanding conflicts or feelings that are causing distress, and encourages use of art to help find resolutions to those issues.
